Last updated: May 25, 2026

1. Introduction

Simply Sponsor LLC ("Simply Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our") operates a job and internship board at simplysponsor.com and related pages (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways depending on how you interact with the Service:

  • Usage data: pages viewed, searches performed, filters applied, device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps.
  • Contact information: if you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content.
  • Technical data: cookies, session identifiers, and similar technologies used to operate and secure the Service.
  • Job listing data: role titles, employers, locations, compensation ranges, descriptions, and application links displayed on the board (sourced from listings we publish or aggregate).
  • Communications: if you email us, we retain the content of those messages and related metadata.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including to display and search job listings, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, analyze performance, and comply with law.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and product improvement. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions, we process personal data based on: (a) performance of a contract or steps prior to entering a contract; (b) legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service; (c) consent where required (for example, non-essential cookies); and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We may share information with service providers who help us host the website, analyze traffic, send email, or provide customer support. These providers are authorized to use personal data only as needed to perform services for us.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.

If Simply Sponsor is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party websites and employers

Listings on the Service may link to third-party employer websites, application portals, or other external resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit when applying for a role.

Applying for a job through an employer’s site is a direct relationship between you and that employer. Simply Sponsor is not the employer and does not receive your application materials unless you send them to us separately.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep the Service secure, and understand how visitors use our pages. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Contact form submissions are typically retained for up to twenty-four (24) months unless a longer period is required by law or ongoing correspondence.

9. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@simplysponsor.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information as defined under California law.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under sixteen (16) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. International users

Simply Sponsor is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
