Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Simply Sponsor job and internship board and related websites, features, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Simply Sponsor LLC ("Simply Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Simply Sponsor provides an online board that aggregates and displays job and internship listings, including information about roles, employers, locations, compensation (where available), and application links. Listings may be updated, removed, or expire without notice.

We are an information platform. We are not your employer, recruiter of record, or immigration advisor unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Listings are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, sponsorship status, compensation, or legitimacy of any listing.

References to visa sponsorship, “H1B sponsor likely,” or similar labels are heuristic or editorial signals only. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee that an employer will sponsor a visa for any candidate. You are solely responsible for confirming sponsorship, eligibility, and application requirements with the employer.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest listings or data at scale without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or post false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any channel we provide.
• Use automated means to apply to jobs in a manner that violates employer terms or applicable law.

When you click “Apply” or follow an external link, you leave our Service and interact with a third party (typically the employer or an applicant tracking system). Your relationship with that third party is governed by their terms and policies.

Simply Sponsor is not responsible for hiring decisions, interviews, background checks, compensation offers, workplace conditions, or any conduct of employers or other third parties.

The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Simply Sponsor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of listing information for job search purposes.

Employer names, logos, and job descriptions may be trademarks or copyrighted materials of their respective owners and are displayed for identification and informational purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLY SPONSOR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simply Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, users, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Simply Sponsor regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
